  • ​العربية: نضمن في Pixel Garden أن جميع الأجهزة المعروضة تعمل بكامل كفاءتها التقنية بنسبة 100% (Fully Functional)، وهذا يشمل فحص المعالج، الكاميرات، الشاشة، وجميع المستشعرات (Sensors). ونظراً لطبيعة تداول الأجهزة المستعملة، لا يمكننا الجزم أو تتبع ما إذا كان الجهاز قد تعرض لفتح سابق أو صيانة قبل وصوله إلينا، ولكننا نضمن حالته الحالية ومطابقتها للمواصفات القياسية.
  • ​English: We guarantee that all devices at Pixel Garden are 100% Fully Functional. This includes testing the processor, cameras, display, and all internal sensors. Given the nature of pre-owned devices, we cannot definitively track previous service history before the device reached us, but we guarantee its current state meets our high-quality technical standards.

  • ​العربية: نلتزم بأقصى معايير الأمان والنزاهة؛ لذا نضمن تماماً عدم إجراء أي تغيير أو تلاعب في الأرقام التعريفية للأجهزة (IMEI/Serial Numbers) للتهرب من الرسوم الجمركية أو الضريبية. جميع أجهزتنا تُباع طبقاً للقوانين، ونحن نترك للعميل حرية دفع الضريبة الجمركية المقررة بنفسه عبر التطبيقات الرسمية (مثل تطبيق تليفوني) لضمان تسجيل الجهاز باسمه رسمياً، وفريقنا مستعد لمساعدتك في خطوات الدفع.

  • ​English: Per Google’s official policy, IP68 means the device is “Water-Resistant,” NOT “Waterproof.” Google does not cover liquid damage under its warranty, and we strictly follow the same policy. As specialists, we emphasize that water seals rely on gaskets and adhesives that degrade over time; therefore, submerging the device is a risk that immediately voids the warranty.

4. البطارية ودائرة الشحن | Battery & Charging Circuit

العربية: نضمن وصول الجهاز ببطارية ذات حالة ممتازة وتتخطى اختبارات الجودة المعتمدة لدينا، مع العلم أن استهلاك البطارية اليومي يختلف بناءً على نمط الاستخدام وقوة الشبكة. تنبيه هام: للحفاظ على عمر الجهاز، يجب استخدام شواحن أصلية تدعم تقنية PD (Power Delivery). المتجر غير مسؤول تماماً عن أي عطل في دائرة الشحن (Charging IC) ينتج عن استخدام شواحن مقلدة أو كابلات رديئة الجودة، وهذا النوع من الأعطال يخرج الجهاز من الضمان.

English: We guarantee that our devices arrive with excellent battery health. However, daily battery life is subjective to user settings and network strength. Critical Note: To protect the device’s circuitry, you must use original PD (Power Delivery) chargers. The store is not responsible for charging IC failures resulting from the use of counterfeit chargers or low-quality cables; such damages will void the warranty.

5. البرمجيات والتعديلات (Software) | Software & Modifications

العربية: الضمان يشمل الهاردوير مع نسخة أندرويد المستقرة فقط. المشاكل الناتجة عن تحميل إصدارات أندرويد التجريبية (Android Beta) أو محاولات عمل Root أو تعديل نظام التشغيل تخرج الجهاز من الضمان فوراً، حيث أن هذه التعديلات قد تؤثر على استقرار اللوحة الأم (Motherboard) وأداء الجهاز.

English: Our warranty covers hardware issues on stable Android releases only. Installing Android Beta versions, rooting the device, or modifying the firmware will immediately void the warranty, as these actions can compromise motherboard stability and overall performance.

6. سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال | Return & Refund Policy

العربية: يتم قبول طلبات الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال فقط في حالة وجود عيب مصنعي تقني “حقيقي” غير مذكور في وصف المنتج. يجب الإبلاغ عن المشكلة خلال 48 ساعة من استلام الجهاز مع تقديم دليل واضح. يُرفض طلب الاسترجاع نهائياً في الحالات التالية:

وجود أي أثر لدخول سوائل أو رطوبة للمكونات الداخلية.

وجود كسر، شرخ، أو خدوش عميقة ناتجة عن سوء الاستخدام بعد الاستلام.

استخدام ملحقات شحن غير أصلية أدت لعطل تقني.

English: Returns or exchanges are accepted only for verified manufacturing defects not mentioned in the product description. Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear evidence. Return claims will be strictly rejected if:

Any signs of liquid ingress or internal moisture are detected.

Physical damage, cracks, or deep scratches occurred after delivery.

Non-original charging accessories were used, leading to technical failure.
