Returns Are Accepted Only If:

 

The device has a major defect or functional issue that was not mentioned in the product description.

The defect is reported to us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

The device is returned in the same condition it was delivered.

 

Returns Will Not Be Accepted If:

The issue was already stated in the description or shown in the product images.

The buyer changed their mind after purchase.

The product has been damaged or modified after delivery.

 

How to Request a Return:

Contact us via [WhatsApp / email / phone number] within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide clear pictures or videos showing the issue.

Once we review and approve the case, we will arrange for the return and issue a refund or replacement (based on availability).

 

Important Notes:

We do not accept returns for minor cosmetic issues that were shown in the listing.

Refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
